We don't store or make a profit from your data on this site.

 

We will only email you if you ask us to.

 

When you query or submit to us, your email arrives at our Gmail account, and while your query is being answered, or submission moving through the submission process, that email will be retained. When it is complete it will be deleted. Your email address will not be saved to a contact list.

 

We do employ third party companies to provide services on our behalf and those third parties will store your data in order to provide the service:

 

• We will soon be providing a voluntary contact form on the site for subscription to our newsletter; the contact list for this newsletter is hosted by MailChimp.

• We use PayPal to process payments via credit/debit card for the purposes of Critique service and Competition entry fees.
